I don't really have a commentary on the release of Apple's new product, but I must say that I was amused enough by the placement of an image on a Reuters article to take a screen shot of it. I'm thinking that they were expecting better HD capabilities. I had a similar reaction. Regardless, my guess is that Apple was expecting a better response.
